The Association meets every year: papers on the conference theme, and the Annual General Meeting.
ACLP Annual National Conference & AGM
The Association of Child and Learning Psychologists holds a national conference every year, during which its Annual General Meeting (AGM) is convened.
Papers presented at the conference are gathered into the Association's journal, The Nigerian Educational Psychologists, and a book of readings. Papers must address the theme of the conference. Participants attending in person bring 10 hard copies of their papers to the venue; online presenters send an electronic copy to the Local Organizing Committee (LOC) through a designated email.

Papers on the theme
Conference papers must address the conference theme; otherwise they will not be considered for publication.
In person or online
In-person participants bring 10 hard copies of their papers; online presenters send an electronic copy to the Local Organizing Committee.
Annual General Meeting
The Association’s AGM is held during the conference.
Journal & book of readings
Papers presented go forward for the journal and the conference book of readings, within two weeks of the conference.
