The Nigerian Educational Psychologists
The journal of the Association of Child and Learning Psychologists, published since 2002.
The Association has, as much as possible, had a journal publication and a book of readings from the papers presented at each of its national conferences. The journal is called The Nigerian Educational Psychologists; its first volume was published in 2002, and it now appears in two annual editions.
When Volume 1 was published, no member of the Society was, to the best of the Association’s knowledge, yet a professor. Prof. N.N. Okoye of the Department of Psychology, Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, was therefore asked to serve as Editor-in-Chief for Volumes 1 and 2 to start the journal. Since then nine more scholars have held the office.

For authors
- Original manuscripts are welcome; preference is given to empirical research papers.
- Manuscripts are reviewed, and contributors are promptly told the status of their submission.
- Conference papers must address the conference theme to be considered for publication.
