This policy explains how the Association of Child and Learning Psychologists (“ACLP”, “we”) handles personal information collected through aclp.org.ng.

Information we collect

• Contact form. When you send us a message we collect your name, email address, subject and message, along with your IP address and the time of submission.
• Server logs. Our host records standard technical information (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and diagnostics.

Membership registration, dues and member records are handled separately on the membership portal, which has its own privacy terms.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiries and provide the information you request.
• To maintain the security and integrity of the website.
• To meet legal and regulatory obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the website (for example our hosting provider), and where required by law.

Retention

Contact-form messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and for our records, then deleted.
